Payment |
Bigshoes.it uses the on-line payment gateway by
Banca Sella. Transaction proceeds
directly to the bank server with the Secure Socket
Layer protocol (SSL), granted by a 128 bit certificate. Personal
data (credit card number, date of expiry etc) remain within the
bank site (they do not appear on the bigshoes.it site). After
clicking 'Enter', you can check the URL of the page
page (https://ecomm.sella.it/...) and the lock on the status bar (secure
transfer).
Once the transaction is completed, the bank will email you the
payment confirmation. |
Delivery |
| For items in stock, 2/3
working days (Europe)
and 7 days (rest
of the world) after receipt of order (or payment in
case of bank transfer). |
| If forwarding agent cannot effect delivery one or
the subsequent day, goods will lie in stock and costs charged to
receiver. Unclaimed goods will lie in stock with the forwarding agent 12 days max., then they will be sent back to the "www.bigshoes.it" |
Transport |
Shoes will be delivered by express carrier and delivery rates will depend on destination.
Free shipping in Italy for orders above
€84. Only €12 for orders below €84 or during discount
periods.
Only €30 for EC countries and €55 for non-EC countries.
In the case of return or exchange,
shipping fees are your charge both for the return and the shipping
of the new articles. |
Act of God |
| In acts of God or fortuitous events, Bigshoes.it
will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will
have the right to rescind part or all of the contract, stop or
postpone completion. |
